The Presentation There are several ways for people to learn about your company. Offer your prospects options so they can get the details by their preferred method of learning. 1 LIVE CALLS The best way to hear about your business is by way of a live, interactive conference call. Hearing other excited prospects, and representatives besides yourself, can get your prospect revved up. They now know they wont be the only one doing this thing. There is safety in numbers. People believe a large group is less likely to be duped; the group reduces their fear of being too gullible. In addition to a professional presentation, the team will offer testimonies and personal experiences. It is good for your prospect and leverages your time! (Theyll see how it can leverage theirs as well.) The next best way to hear about your business is by recording. You may call your company recording and stay on the line with your prospects, or record that message onto a tape for yourself. You may also listen to the presentation together on the computer if you have it online and your prospect can be on the phone and the Internet at the same time. Or they can save it to their hard drive and disconnect from the Internet to connect with you. This is not as effective for most people as is a personal, audio explanation, but it does work and is an excellent adjunct for the information hungry. Best used with a relationship-building phone call both before they see the website (tell them what to look for) and after to do an interest check.
