Autoresponders
Autoresponders
are services that send out email automatically when triggered
by an email from outside. Here are some examples.
Joe
sells software for a large corporation. When he goes on vacation,
he turns on his company-owned autoresponder. Anyone who writes
to Joe while he is away, no matter what they say, automatically
gets a return email, instantly, that says, Thanks
for contacting me. Im out of the office for a few days.
If you need help immediately, call my secretary at 301 555-8481.
Or get back to me after the 26th.
Miriam
is a network marketer working from home. She subscribes to
a monthly leads service so shes contacting only people
looking for network marketing information, but she needs
to quickly sift through hundreds of people to find the ones
who might be interested in her company. She emails everyone
a short teaser saying she is looking for people who want
to get paid for staying fit a looking great. The address
she gives for people to reply to is her autoresponder. Everyone
who replies, regardless of what they say, gets this response
immediately and automatically, Hi. Thanks for responding
so quickly to my ad for people who want to get paid for looking
and feeling great. Ive never been so fit in my life,
and getting asked every day how I do it, is not only fun,
its profitable! Over the next several days, Ill
tell you my story, and maybe you can do this, too. Heres
the first installment right now. All of the follow-up
letters go out automatically. And the best part about it
is Miriam is notified every time someone opts in to
her autoresponder, so she knows immediately whom to follow
up on with a quick phone call!
Autoresponders
are key to running opt-in campaigns, and that is
the only kind we recommend. Because you will always get your
best results sharing information with the people who ask
for it!
This is
the only autoresponder we currently recommend. It is reliable
and delivers your email on time and instantly (unlike some
free programs). It carries no advertising except what you indicate
you want (unlike free programs). It is an affiliate programs,
so you will receive referral fees a couple of levels downallowing
everyone in your organization the opportunity to offset their
office expenses by referring the same program to their downline.
